To ensure the painting reaches you in pristine condition, it will be securely packaged with bubble wrap, foam board or two-ply cardboard, with corners firmly protected.
It will be dispatched in a cardboard box within 5 - 10 working days of your order and shipped via a fully tracked delivery method. You will receive a confirmation and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Depending on the country of destination, shipping times will vary between 1-15 working days from the date of dispatch. Worldwide shipping is available.
While I aim to usually include any Delivery Fee in the price of the painting, it may depend on the country of destination, the posting method, and any other external environmental factors. Therefore, in the case of it not being possible, the receiver may need to pay additional taxes and/or customs duties upon collection.

We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer payments. Transactions can be conducted in EUR, USD or GBP currencies.

How long does the process of creating a personalised painting take?
It all depends on the complexity and size of the job. All this is negotiated at the time of ordering.
How should I care for my artwork?
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. For framed pieces, consider using UV-protective glass and keep them away from direct heat sources.
