Watercolour
Watercolour is a unique medium that offers a different approach to painting compared to oil and acrylics. Its translucent quality allows for delicate washes of colour and subtle blending, creating a sense of lightness and fluidity. Unlike oil paints, which can take a long time to dry and allow for extensive layering, watercolours dry quickly, encouraging spontaneity and experimentation. Acrylics, on the other hand, provide vibrant colours and versatility but lack the same ethereal quality that watercolours bring to artwork, making each medium special in its own right.
Here I display some of my work using watercolour , and in some cases, ink as well.
